Nick Bengel
Nick stresses the importance of continuing education, and leads by example. After earning an Associate�s degree in HVAC&R from Ferris State University, he worked hard to become NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified. Nick continues his own education with active engagement in Green Built Michigan, a network of building professionals that exists “to educate the building industry and the general public on methods to build more environmentally sustainable housing.� In his time off, Nick enjoys chasing his kids around.

Eric Simon
Eric earned a Bachelors degree in HVAC&R Engineering Technology from Ferris State University, and obtained a HERS (Home Energy Rating System) certificate this year. In his time off Eric enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
