“I just watched the boys that came to fix the air conditioner. They communicated with their boss several times by text message. Their punctuation was good and the message was to the point. There were no personal opinions or arguments offered. They followed instructions and reported back. They also did their own problem solving when they could. They were here quite a long time and I got a good look at how they worked together and how neither one took over or ignored the other. There was clearly a leader but he didn't take over the job and leave the other standing around. Because of their cooperation and clear communications with their boss, the problem was solved smoothly and everyone involved was satisfied.
