Hengesbach Family Foundation

As owner of ESI Heating, Nick knows the realities of working in and running a business in the skilled trades. With fewer men and women pursuing careers in these fields, these positions have become very valuable to construction trade businesses like ESI Heating. This month he has chosen to donate to the Hengesbach Family Foundation, which funds the Hengesbach Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship was created in memory of brothers Charles, Albin, Paul, and Jim Hengesbach, along with nephews John, Steve, and Gary. These men spent their lives working in the trades. Being a locally owned HVAC company Nick decided to give back to support local students choosing the trades as their career. This scholarship is meant to assist students who are seeking a career in construction management and carpentry fields. Pursuing careers in the skilled trades can be a very profitable and fulfilling way of life and many businesses in the area need more skilled workers out in the field. We’re hoping that this donation can help continue the work the Hengesbach Family Foundation is doing to support those students who are hoping to pursue a career in the skilled trade workforce.
