“Justin and Terry were very professional throughout the whole installation of our whole home dehumidifier. They were punctual, very careful on not tracking mud into our home, made sure we knew who they were, what they were doing, if we were comfortable with/without masks and made sure we were okay with the overall setup before they began. They were courteous during the installation, thoroughly explained the system, answered every question we had, cleaned up well and made sure we were comfortable and happy with everything before leaving.
