“I just watched the boys that came to fix the air conditioner. They communicated with their boss several times by text message. Their punctuation was good and the message was to the point. There were no personal opinions or arguments offered. They followed instructions and reported back. They also did their own problem solving when they could. They were here quite a long time and I got a good look at how they worked together and how neither one took over or ignored the other. There was clearly a leader but he didn't take over the job and leave the other standing around. Because of their cooperation and clear communications with their boss, the problem was solved smoothly and everyone involved was satisfied.
The best team I have ever observed. I just had to tell somebody that could appreciate what I just witnessed. I'm sending this same message to their boss. He ought to know.”

“After taking a major lighting strike which knocked out multiple systems, including our boiler which provided heat and domestic hot water, ESI was the company that could respond quickly. After an in home analysis of the damage by Nick, it was decided that the most cost effective solution was an installation of a complete new boiler system. Installers Justin and Terry did an excellent job. John the follow up system analyst also demonstrated exemplary work. All of them were polite and professional. The clean up was great! I would gladly recommend ESI Heating and Cooling to my friends and Family. I’ll be using ESI for all my heating and cooling needs.”

“We had a new furnace/filter/humidifier/thermostat installed. Terry and PJ did a great job – neat, thorough, considerate. We had one issue: after they did their testing they apparently forgot to flip a switch on the gas valve and so after the showed us all about programming the thermostat and the furnace was seemingly working fine, they left and the furnace would not cycle back on. After I checked what I knew to do, and it still didn’t cycle back on, I called the after hours number and spoke to the on call person (whose named I failed to write down and now can’t remember) came right over, found the problem and corrected it. If you wonder at the 5 stars I rated them, I can only say that my clue that this is the company you want to work with is this: little oversights can always occur; what is important is the quality of the service recovery when those things happen. ESI was first rate.”

“As part of the excellent installation process for our new Tempstar furnace, Steve came back to our home a week later to conduct a thorough “tuning” and check of the furnace. He also reinforced the training we had received from Justin and Terry on basic maintenance and operation of the thermostat. Steve was prompt, friendly, and went straight to work. It was obvious that his goal was to make sure all was well with the new furnace and to make sure that we were comfortable with operating the thermostat. ESI has a wonderful team. We are completely satisfied and grateful!!”
“Mike showed us during fall maintenance that a problem was developing with our 17 year old furnace. Nick provided a couple of quotes from the Tempstar furnace line, assuring us that we would notice improved performance and better thermostat control. He was so very right! Our home temperatures are much more even between rooms and between floors. Even the humidity feels more comfortable. Our old thermostats were so difficult to operate and modify. This new one is intuitive and a breeze to use.
Justin and Terry arrived as planned, were friendly, considerate and helpful. They had the new furnace operating the first day with no noticeable discomfort during the install despite the winter weather. The next day they returned to finish the job and train us on the thermostat controls and basics like changing the filter.
We couldn’t ask for a smoother transition and are very pleased with our new furnace. Every chance we get we recommend the team at ESI — maybe we shouldn’t, they’ll get too busy.

““I was impressed with the professionalism of Nick Bengal, Randolph Martin and Mike Charles. They removed my old Lennox 21 V-Pulse furnace and installed a new Amana 97% Efficiency Modulating Variable-Speed Gas Furnace. They installed it as scheduled in a timely manner. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Randolph and Mike removed the old furnace and had the new furnace operational by the end of the day. My wife and I did not spend a night in the cold. Randolph and Mike were methodical in the installation process. After installing the furnace, Nick helped Randolph and Mike set up the new Amana furnace to work with my Geothermal heating and cooling system. Following completing the integration of the gas furnace and geothermal, Nick instructed me on how the gas furnace, geothermal and zone heating functions. Our home is the most comfortable, from a heating standpoint, it has ever been since moving into the newly built home in 1998. I highly recommend hiring ESI Heating and Cooling Inc. to install and service anyone’s heating and cooling needs.””

With prices soaring this decision sure made a difference in my home heating cost this past season. Though the heat pump was a little more expensive to get started I saw a savings in my first year of approximately $1,200. It paid for itself in year one.”
“In November 2006 ESI replaced my 30 year old fuel oil furnace and fuel oil water heater with the highest efficiency available natural gas furnace and water heater. The appliances installed were exactly what I had requested and the ESI technicians were right on schedule. The furnace and water heater were installed neatly and orderly. I did not have to clean up the work area after installation because the ESI technicians did this. With the new night efficiency gas furnace and water heater compared to my old fuel oil water heater and fuel oil furnace my energy bills were reduced by at least 50%.
